That perspective comes from years of hands-on experience. Two decades in kitchens taught me that success relies on teamwork, trust, and showing up every day ready to execute. Martial arts reinforced the same lesson in a different way: growth comes from consistency and putting in the reps, one step at a time. Those principles shape how I approach content today—steady, intentional, and built to create lasting impact.
